On Thursday 12th May 2022, the year 9 GCSE Drama students enjoyed an afternoon at The Curve Theatre Leicester, watching the award winning comedy The play That Goes Wrong. The play follows the antics of the Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society, who are trying their very best to stage a production of a 1920s murder mystery. As the show’s title might suggest, this is not as easy as it sounds with everything that can go wrong doing just that. It was a highly physical and very silly comedy which had the students laughing from start to finish.
