On Monday afternoon our Year 8 football team travelled to Manchester Grammar School – a school more than twice the size of Selston -for their last 16 match in the National Cup. Unfortunately despite a spirited performance, the boys lost 8-5 against their team which included Wayne Rooney’s son Kai (and Colleen was spectating)! Nevertheless, a massive congratulations to the lads who have performed fantastically all year and have really done themselves proud. Well done!
