Students at Selston High School were on the edge of their seats through most of the performance of Blood Brothers at Derby Theatre. Brilliant, Thought, Provoking, Entertaining, Funny, Scary and Sad were some of the words students used to describe the play by Willy Russell telling the life stories of two twins Mickey and Eddie, who were separated at birth, one subsequently being raised in a wealthy family, the other in a poor family. Mrs Pickering praised the party of 35 students for their exemplary behaviour during the visit. They are currently just a few spaces remaining on the performing arts visit to London in March to attend a Drama Workshop at the Shaftesbury Theatre before seeing a matinee performance of Mrs Doubtfire!!
