Members of Selston High School have today joined schools across the globe celebrating ‘Positive Noticing Day’
Staff and students have been actively involved in the day writing positive statements about others on ‘paper leaves’ which are then stuck onto Tree Outlines to celebrate others who are doing the right thing.
Positive Noticing is simple, practical and highly effective. It can happen any time any place. Catching young people doing the right thing and marking it with positive acknowledgement is not just kindness, it teaches behaviour.
You get more of the behaviour that you notice most!
