Golden Tickets
In addition to our celebration assemblies marking student achievements and progress in the last week of term we also held our latest Golden Ticket Draw. Golden tickets are awarded to students by any member of staff for demonstrating our school values of Ambition, Teamwork, Honesty, or Respect or any of our employability standards. Once awarded students write their name on the back of the ticket which are then entered into a draw.
The atmosphere in our Theatre was electric as Mr Greasley pulled the winning tickets in front of students.
Well done to the lucky winners.
Although anyone who was awarded a ticket are really winners for ‘doing the right thing’.
Proud Stickers
Fantastic to celebrate with students who have been awarded Proud Stickers for putting particular effort into a piece of work. The queue stretched out of the hall as students waited to get their signed certificate and make their selection of goodies available.
Attendance – The 12 Day Challenge
At the end of another term it was fantastic to share in the many celebrations of student achievements since Christmas. Special thanks must go to all families for their continued support in ensuring students attendance is as high as possible. Our Easter bunnies were out and about around school on Thursday afternoon delivering Creme Eggs to all 584 students who had completed our 12 day challenge by not missing any sessions over the last two weeks and two days. Well done!
