As we look forward to welcoming our students back after the half term a few quick reminders…
- Monday 1st November is our INSET Day. Staff will be in training events all day and so will not be available to take calls etc. We look forward to welcoming back all students when school re-opens at 8:25am on Tuesday 2nd November.
- With Covid-19 infection rates very high in our area, particularly in younger people can we please ask that you encourage your son/daughter to take a lateral flow test before return to school on Tuesday. If your child has symptoms or has a positive flow test we ask that they are kept at home until the result of their PCR test is known. Test results should be recorded using the NHS form at https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
- Can we thank all parents who have registered their preference for their child receiving a flu vaccine. If you haven’t yet recorded whether you consent, or not, our school code is NG142725 and the form can be found at http://www.nottinghamshireimmunisations.co.uk where more information is available.
- For students who missed out on the Covid-19 vaccination session held in school appointments can now be booked for students aged 11-16 at the local vaccination centres using the form https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/book-or-manage-a-1st-or-2nd-dose-of-the-coronavirus-covid-19-vaccination/
